Yellow Oyster Mushrooms have yellow, petal shaped caps with white stems. It’s cap is smooth and fragile with a white flesh. It’s texture is meaty with a melting quality.
These mushrooms are best suited in a soup, stir fry or braised. It does well with seafood, pork, garlic, ginger and other Asian style vegetables.
